Striking: Kickboxing & Boxing

We build a strong foundation in striking with drills for both kickboxing and boxing. Training includes heavy bag work, pad drills, and controlled sparring to develop power, speed, and technique.

Grappling & Groundwork

Our grappling curriculum combines wrestling takedowns and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu submissions. We focus on practical drills for controlling an opponent on the ground, essential for both MMA and self-defense.

Functional Conditioning

Fitness is the foundation of any fighter. We use a mix of bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and agility drills to build functional strength and endurance that translates directly to the mat.

Kids Martial Arts

Our kids' program focuses on building discipline, confidence, and respect through kickboxing and MMA fundamentals. We provide a safe and encouraging environment for young students to learn and grow.

Team Ippon: Community & Competition

We are more than a gym, we are a team. We train together, compete together, and support each other's progress, celebrating wins from local tournaments to international championships.

Our Training Facility

Our dojo is equipped for all aspects of MMA training. We have a fully matted area for grappling and striking, heavy bags, and a variety of functional fitness equipment for conditioning workouts.
