The gym features industrial ventilation and heavy, no-nonsense equipment—Olympic barbells, squat racks, and rowing machines. We don't believe in climate control because sport doesn't happen in a climate-controlled room. We believe in the grit of the morning grind.

The inclusion of a traditional sand pit allows for high-intensity resistance training that builds real-world explosive power and grip strength. It is an old-school, functional approach that we pair with modern, scientific strength programs.

We keep our squad sizes small, usually 10 to 15 athletes, to ensure Coach Roshan or Coach Kishondurai can give every person individual attention.
