The off-season is where matches are won. We focus on heavy, compound lifts to build the functional strength and explosive power you need to perform on the field.

The grind starts at 5 AM. This video shows a typical off-season morning, from the early start to a grueling 140kg deadlift and a high-calorie burn on the rowing machine. This is the commitment it takes to build a foundation for the upcoming cricket season.

Building a strong posterior chain is crucial for any cricketer. Here, one of our athletes performs a heavy 150kg barbell squat under the watchful eye of a coach, developing the power needed for explosive movements on the field.

Leg day is serious business here. This athlete is pushing heavy on the leg press, an essential exercise in our strength program to build lower body muscle and endurance for running between the wickets and long spells of bowling.

This is a look at the transformation process. Under the guidance of our coaches, this athlete is developing significant back and shoulder strength, crucial for powerful throwing and batting. We focus on proper form to build a strong, resilient physique.

We use complex movements like the power clean to lunge to develop full-body coordination and explosive strength. This exercise mimics the dynamic actions required in cricket, from sprinting to throwing.

Strength training is for everyone, and we are proud of our strong female athletes. Here, a cricketer performs a seated dumbbell shoulder press, building the upper body power needed for throwing from the boundary and hitting for distance.

Our group training sessions are designed to push everyone. Here you can see our athletes working through a circuit of barbell exercises, building strength and endurance together in a competitive and supportive environment.

Don't expect a polished commercial gym here. We train in a rooftop setup in Kumaraswamy Layout with heavy iron, not machines that do the work for you. If you join our 4-month transformation camp, be ready for 5 AM starts and hard, compound movements like deadlifts and squats because that is how we build real cricket-specific power.
