About The Grind: Inside Our Training Camp
You won’t find air conditioning here. We train in a high-ventilation industrial space because you need to be ready for the heat before you step into a real cage. We drill striking and grappling six days a week, focusing on technical sparring that forces you to fix your mistakes under pressure.
When we say The Grind, we mean it. Our sessions are not about mindless cardio; they are about technical proficiency and mental toughness. We break down every session into specific blocks covering striking (Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing) and grappling (BJJ, Wrestling). You spend time on the heavy bags, you roll on the mats, and you spar in the cage under the watchful eye of our coaching team.
Whether you are training for a local tournament or just want to get in the best shape of your life, the routine is the same. We focus on functional combat skills that actually work in a fight. You will hear our coaches shouting, 'Kai mele etkond aadu' (Fight with your hands up) because we value discipline over flashy moves. This is about building a engine that doesn't quit, regardless of whether you are a beginner or a pro athlete.
Our studios in Jalahalli, Basaveshwara Nagar, and Jnana Jyothi Nagar follow the same philosophy. We welcome everyone, provided you have the heart to show up consistently. You don't need to be a pro to start, but you do need to be disciplined enough to keep coming back. We are here to push you, shout the instructions you need to hear, and help you win.
