About this collection
Our facility is an industrial-style garage gym in RK Hegde Nagar, not a plush studio. You will be training on high-density EVA foam mats with tractor tires, battle ropes, and heavy bags, so prepare to get comfortable with raw, functional work rather than relying on machines.

At Tiger Tongue, we focus on what actually works. You won't find treadmills or fancy gadgets here. We use tractor tires, kettlebells, and heavy bags to build functional strength and conditioning that translates to real-world power.
My training style pulls from my experience in boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. Every session is designed to make you faster, tougher, and more resilient. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the fundamentals or an athlete prepping for competition, the intensity remains the same: high.
