Beyond the Trophies

Receiving the India Trade Awards 2024 was a proud moment, but it confirms what we have always known: consistent, hard-nosed training gets results. We believe in the slog, and whether it is a para-athlete preparing for a national event or a junior cricketer building core strength, every drop of sweat counts.

Our Training Environment

The foundation for these achievements is built across our two training sites in Bengaluru. We push boundaries at our rooftop gym in Kumaraswamy Layout with heavy compound lifts and traditional mud pit resistance work. We then take that explosive power to the Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium in Jayanagar for sprint mechanics and agility drills. This dual-location approach ensures our athletes are prepared for both the gym and the field.
