The Indian Athletic Academy Community
At Indian Athletic Academy, we train hard but we grow together. This is our home ground, where individual dreams become a team mission.
The whole team together. This is the heart of Indian Athletic Academy, a diverse group of athletes united by a common goal of self-improvement.
It's not all work and no play. Our "Compound Cricket League" was about reliving old days, building bonds, and enjoying the game. It was a great cardio workout and brought our community even closer.
Our coaches with Indian cricketer and RCB captain Smriti Mandhana. We are proud to connect with and learn from the best in the sport.
Our coach with the legendary Mithali Raj, one of the greatest cricketers of all time. It is an honor to host such inspiring figures at our events.
Thank you to actor Dhruva Sarja for visiting and showing his support for our athletes and our academy. The encouragement means a lot to our team.
A visit from Jani Murthy sir is always a pleasure. We value the time our friends and mentors spend with our athletes at the academy.
Another great group photo capturing the energy and camaraderie of our team after a tough session.
Our coaches and senior members are the pillars of our community, always there to guide and motivate.
Posing with Jani Murthy sir. These moments of community and connection are just as important as the training itself.
Our champions of 2023. We are incredibly proud of the hard work and achievements of every single athlete in our academy.
About The IAA Community
We don't just clock hours on the track; we create a space where state-level cricketers and beginners sweat side-by-side. Whether it’s our weekend Compound Cricket League that grew from four friends to twenty, or our strict 5 AM reporting policy, every session is built on one rule: you show up for each other, not just for the equipment.
Building a true sporting culture in Bengaluru isn’t just about the heavy deadlifts or the sprint mechanics at Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium. It’s about the environment we cultivate in our Kumaraswamy Layout gym. When we talk about 'The Tribe,' we mean it. You’ll find Karnataka state cricketers training alongside juniors and para-athletes who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Our sessions are structured to break down barriers. We believe that if you have the fire to compete, you belong here. This approach extends beyond our formal coaching; it’s in our Compound Cricket League sessions where we trade the intense gym focus for the raw energy of gully cricket, reminding us all why we started playing. We’ve hosted national heroes like Smriti Mandhana and Mithali Raj, not for the fame, but to show our younger athletes that the path from a local ground to the Indian team is paved with the same daily grind they do right here. If you are looking for a community that demands your best while supporting you through every failure, this is your home ground.
