Outdoor Track & Athletics Squad
Core Training Structure
- Venue: Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium, Jayanagar (Outdoor synthetic track).
- Schedule: 5-6 days a week, available in morning (starts 5:30 AM) or evening batches.
- Drills: Technical correction of posture, foot strike efficiency, and arm action.
- Conditioning: High-volume interval running, hill sprints, and endurance laps.
Squad Features
- Group Size: Large cohort training (15-25 athletes) led by assistant coaches.
- Equipment: Shared use of hurdles, agility ladders, starting blocks, and medicine balls.
- Environment: Training alongside national-level para-athletes and medalists.
- Note: Stadium entry fees may be charged separately; gym access is not included.
Semi-Private Strength & Conditioning
Facility & Gear
- Location: Rooftop facility at KS Layout (Non-AC, open-air raw environment).
- Heavy Lifting: Access to squat racks, trap bars, Olympic barbells, and bumper plates.
- Specialty Zone: Unique Indoor Sand Pit for high-resistance agility and joint strengthening.
- Functional: Usage of plyometric boxes, sleds, and battle ropes.
Program Structure
- Format: Semi-private coaching with floor supervision and lift spotting.
- Phases: Periodized training blocks (Hypertrophy, Strength, Power) rather than random workouts.
- Focus: Protocols tailored for muscle building, off-season sports conditioning, or injury rehab.
1-on-1 Elite Performance Coaching

- Format: 1-on-1 dedication for 60 minutes per session (approx. 3 sessions per week).

We back our para-athletes every day. Here, kannu kaanade idru saadhanege kammi illa (even if you can’t see, there’s no limit to what you can achieve). It’s all about attitude and effort.

My Story
Roshan here, but honestly, Indian Athletic Academy is bigger than just me. It’s Vikram pushing para-athletes, Kishon and Dom making everyone sweat, and our whole crew. We’ve seen Divya go from street cricket to the Indian team, Ganga win medals though she’s blind. She said, ‘naavu blind aadru kooda... namge protsaaha needidralla’ (Even though we are blind, they encouraged us). That’s why we do what we do. Limits? Just in your head. If you’ve got the fire, we’ll help you fail, fail better, and finally win.
My Work
What we train - Personal and group coaching in Athletics, Para-Athletics, Cricket, Gym & Fitness, Flag Football, Kabaddi. All ages, all levels.
Training style - Hardcore off-season athletic training - run long, lift heavy. On-season is lighter, focused on power and agility.
Para-athlete coaching - Dedicated support for athletes with disabilities. We help para-athletes compete and win, no bhedbhav (no difference).
Inclusive sports academy - From kids to pros, everyone’s welcome. We’re not just trainers, we’re your team.
