Pricing Guide
Hourly Court Rental (Non-Coaching)
Court Specifications
- Facility: Access to standard WSF-specification court with wooden flooring and glass back.
- Slot Duration: 60 minutes.
- Availability: Slots typically open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Mandatory Gear Rules
- Footwear: Non-marking gum sole shoes are mandatory. Rentals available at venue (approx. INR 100/pair).
- Equipment: Rackets and balls are not included in the court fee.
- Rentals: Rackets (approx. INR 100) and balls (approx. INR 50) available for rent/purchase.
Amenities
- Venue Access: Changing rooms and restrooms available.
- Exclusions: No coaching, ball-feeding, or drills provided.
Beginner Group Coaching
Session Logistics
- Frequency: 3 to 4 guided sessions per week (1 hour each).
- Group Size: Small cohort of 4 to 6 players per court.
- Timings: Evening (post 4 PM) or early morning slots.
Training Focus
- Technique: Grip correction, swing mechanics, and ball control.
- Drills: Boast and Drive routines, feeding drills, and solo wall practice.
- Gameplay: Restricted sparring with peers under observation.
Essentials
- Fitness: On-court agility training using ladders and cones.
- Gear: Students must bring or rent their own non-marking shoes and rackets.
Advanced Coaching & Gym Access
High Intensity Training
- Frequency: 5 to 6 sessions per week.
- Duration: Extended 1.5 to 2 hour sessions split between court and fitness.
- Ratio: Improved 1:3 student-to-coach ratio for specific stroke correction.
Physical Conditioning
- Gym Membership: Access to partner gym facilities (e.g., Plej Fitness) for strength training.
- Drills: Movement training, ghosting intervals, and explosive speed work.
- Recovery: Guided warm-up and cool-down routines.
Player Support
- Nutrition: Access to basic diet consultation for performance.
- Mental: Workshops on match psychology.
- Competition: Internal ladder matches to simulate tournament pressure.
Pro-National Level Training
Performance Coaching
- Tactics: Game management and opponent analysis.
- Sparring: Solo sessions with expert players to increase game pace.
- Analysis: Periodic video review of swing mechanics and match footage.
Tournament Management
- Prep: Access to full-day High Performance Workshops before major events.
- Admin: Assistance with SRFI registration and calendar planning.

Why I Coach Squash
I’m Rahul, and I live for the buzz of the squash court. I want players in Bangalore to feel at home here, whether you’re picking up a racquet for the first time or getting ready for your next big tournament. You’ll find me coaching everyone - kids as young as five, college players, and adults who just want to sweat it out or get competitive.
Who Can Join
- Juniors (U9 to U17): I run junior squash training that’s fun but also gets you ready for tournaments.
- Adults: Doesn’t matter if you’re learning from scratch or aiming for senior competitions.
- All skill levels: If you don’t know how to hold the racquet, or if you’re already playing tough matches, I’ll help you improve.
How We Train
- Every session mixes up technical practice, squash agility drills, and real match play.
- We start with warmups and end with stretches - I’m big on injury prevention.
- For advanced folks, I’ll put you through drills like drop rotation and movement patterns to boost your game.
Beyond Just Playing
- I work with pros to help you build mental resilience for squash and handle pressure on court.
- Nutrition is huge - our Nutrition 360 program brings you squash nutrition advice from a certified dietician.
