About Tennis Coaching for All Ages & Skill Levels
What We Stand For
At Sol Sports, tennis is bigger than just drills and matches. I genuinely believe in making players strong both on and off the court. Our motto? "Strong bodies. Stronger minds." That’s not just talk - discipline and heart matter as much as a killer forehand.
Who Can Join
- Kids as young as five, adults of any age, total beginners, or folks chasing trophies - everyone’s welcome.
- For kids, I keep it fun and playful so they fall in love with the game while picking up basics.
- Teens get more focus on competitive drills and mindset, so they can actually see real progress.
- Adults? Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting or want to tune up your serve - I’ve got structured group classes where everyone levels up together.
- Just want to play for fitness or fun? You’ll fit right in with our casual sessions.
My Coaching Style
I don’t just teach technique. Sure, we work on forehands, backhands, and that open stance for quick recovery. But real improvement comes from understanding the game, not just hitting the ball.
- Emphasis on match play, decision-making, and tactical awareness.
- Junior tennis development programs for those aiming higher.
Fitness: Not for the Faint-Hearted
One thing I’ll warn you about - our fitness sessions are intense. Students call them “horror movie” workouts, but that’s how champions are built.
- Sprints, agility drills, and flexibility work are a regular thing.
- Tennis fitness training for players who want to be sharp and injury-free.
Results That Speak
Plenty of our players started from scratch and now compete nationally. But honestly, I’ll celebrate your first rally as much as your first trophy.

My Story
We’re Sol Sports. Started by me, Suraj Bikkannavar, with one simple idea - tennis is more than just a game, it’s family. Years coaching, from local courts to the Karnataka Women’s team, taught me: grit beats technique alone. Our proudest wins? Not just medals, but moments like when our trainee Poojya aced her board exams. Parents, kids, everyone’s part of our Sol Sports family. We play, we celebrate, we grow together.
My Work
Tennis Coaching for All Ages - We coach kids from 5, adults too. Our tennis summer camps are a hit every year.
