Badminton Group Coaching (Beginner - Intermediate)
Session Specs
- Frequency: 3 to 5 sessions per week based on package selection.
- Duration: 60 minutes (10m warm-up, 30m drills, 15m sparring, 5m cool-down).
- Ratio: Approx. 1 coach to 12 students.
Facility & Gear
- Flooring: Standard synthetic badminton mats (Green/Red) over wooden or concrete base.
- Shuttles: Nylon shuttles (Yonex Mavis 350 or equivalent) are provided for all drills.
- Requirements: Students must bring non-marking shoes and their own racquet.
Training Focus
- Skills: Foundation strokes, footwork patterns, and shadow practice.
- Fitness: Off-court agility training including ladder drills and skipping.
Advanced Competitive Badminton (Tournament Focus)
Advanced Curriculum
- Shuttles: Feather shuttlecocks (e.g., Yonex AS2) are strictly used to ensure tournament-standard flight.
- Drills: Multi-shuttle feeding for accuracy, reflex training, and deception shots.
- Sparring: Match simulations with peers or coaches to improve game intelligence.
Logistics & Batch Size
- Duration: Extended sessions (1.5 to 2 hours) covering both skill and fitness.
- Ratio: Restricted small groups (4-6 players per court) for maximum court time.
Conditioning
- Physical: Dedicated routines for explosive power (jump smashes) and core stability.
- Strategy: Tactical analysis of errors and tournament preparation.
Football Development Program (Grassroots)
Training Volume
- Frequency: High-volume package offering up to 20 sessions per month (approx. 5 days/week).
- Focus: Dribbling, passing accuracy, shooting technique, and small-sided games (5v5).
Facility & Equipment
- Surface: Artificial football turf for consistent ball roll and safety.
- Gear Provided: Training bibs, cones, agility markers, and standard footballs (size 3/4/5) for practice.
- Mandatory: Students must wear football studs/turf shoes and shin guards.
Conditioning
- Drills: Speed ladders and hurdles used for foot speed and coordination.
- Stamina: Cardio-focused warm-ups to build endurance.

How I Coach
I’m Rahul, and I coach Badminton and Football because I genuinely love the game and what it does for people. For me, sports aren’t just about how fast you run or how hard you smash - it’s about the grind, building mental strength, and finding your place in a team.
Badminton & Football - For All Levels
I work with everyone: kids, adults, total beginners, and those chasing medals. If you want focused attention, I do personal coaching. If you enjoy the buzz of group coaching sessions, that’s available too.
- Badminton training for beginners is my jam but I also help seasoned players sharpen their game.
- For football, youth football development is a priority. We focus on stamina, agility, teamwork, and leadership.
- I run "Little Champs" for young kids and keep parents in the loop with regular check-ins.
