Whether you are picking up a racquet for the first time or training for a tournament, I help players build skill, speed, and mental toughness on the court.

This is where it all begins. I provide direct, hands-on guidance to help even my youngest players perfect their swing and build a strong technical foundation right from the start.

Results speak for themselves. I am incredibly proud to see my junior players, like these champions from the DSI Karnataka State Closed Squash Tournament, achieve their goals through hard work and dedication.

For advanced players, we focus on high-impact drills like this drop rotation exercise. This drill is key for improving front-court control, agility, and the ability to dominate rallies with precise shots.

Speed and agility are crucial in squash. Here, my junior players work through ladder drills during our agility week, building the quick footwork and coordination needed to move efficiently on the court.

The competitive spirit is alive and well in our adult training sessions. This clip from a Bangalore Squash League match shows our players putting their practice into action during a competitive game.

I offer structured, intensive training opportunities like this High Performance Squash workshop. These full-day events cover technical skills, fitness, match play, and even meditation to build a well-rounded, competitive player.

The best part of my job is seeing a player's joy after a hard-earned victory. Here I am with Tulasi, celebrating her runner-up finish at a state-level tournament.

I am committed to providing the highest standard of coaching. I am proud to be a World Squash Federation (WSF) Level 1 certified coach, bringing globally recognized training methods to my players in Bangalore.

About Featured

Most people struggle with the basics like grip and movement patterns, which leads to injury or frustration early on. In my sessions, we fix your swing mechanics first so you can actually control where the ball goes, rather than just chasing it around the court. It is about playing smarter, not just harder.
