Standard Badminton Coaching (3 Days/Week)
Session Details
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat)
- Duration: 60 minutes per session
- Batch Size: Group training format (8-12 students per coach)
Curriculum
- Technical: Grip correction, basic swing mechanics, and fundamental footwork (chasse, lunges)
- Drills: Practice of basic shots including toss, drop, clear, and lift
- Fitness: Warm-up routines involving jogging, stretching, and agility ladder drills
Facilities
- Court: Synthetic Hova/PVC mats with anti-slip cushioning
- Equipment: Nylon shuttles (Yonex Mavis 350) provided; students typically bring own rackets
Advanced Badminton Training (Daily)
Training Structure
- Frequency: 5 to 6 sessions per week (Monday to Saturday)
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes including extended fitness blocks
- Ratio: Lower student-to-coach ratio (approx 6-8) for focused attention
Advanced Curriculum
- Skills: Mastery of backhand smash, deceptive drops, and slice shots
- Strategy: Court coverage efficiency, match simulations, and tactical analysis
- Conditioning: High-intensity interval training (HIIT), core strengthening, and badminton-specific endurance
Competition
- Gameplay: Regular sparring sessions and monthly internal match days
- Assessment: Selection and preparation for district and state-level tournaments
Squash Coaching Program
Session Details
- Frequency: 2 to 3 sessions per week
- Batch Size: Strictly small groups (Max 3-4 students per court) due to sport nature
- Venue: Enclosed squash courts with glass back walls and wooden flooring
Skill Progression
- Beginner: Grip basics, swing mechanics, safety rules, and understanding the T-position
- Intermediate: Boast, drive, and drop shot drills with movement pattern training
- Drills: Usage of specific dot balls (Red/Blue to Double Yellow) matching skill levels

- Rentals: Course fee includes expensive squash court rental costs during sessions
- Gear: Learner rackets and protective eyewear provided for introductory batches
Professional Table Tennis Coaching

Hey, we’re SWYNG! Started out with a tiny squash tournament - now it’s a full-on sports community. Kids, adults, everyone’s welcome, whether you’re just starting, picking up the racket after years, or chasing state medals. It’s not all medals and trophies though, our 'Badminton Monthly Match Day' is as much about masti (fun) as it is about smashing shuttles.
