My commitment to quality coaching is backed by credentials. I am a World Squash Federation (WSF) Level 1 certified coach, dedicated to bringing professional training standards to all my players.
About this collection
Coaching is not just about fixing your swing. It is about the bridge between where you are and where you want to be. I focus on building the discipline and routine that makes that progress possible, whether you are picking up a racquet for the first time or training for a state tournament.
My coaching philosophy is simple. You have to put in the work. When you join my sessions, you get a WSF Level 1 certified approach that goes beyond the basics.
We focus on four core pillars:
- Mindset: Staying locked in and blocking out distractions.
- Daily Grind: Building routines that reflect your goals.
- Discipline: Making every minute on court count.
- Review: Tracking your progress so you come back stronger.
This is not a one-size-fits-all training program. Whether you are a junior learning the basics or an adult competitive player, I adapt the session to your level. We integrate physical conditioning, like agility ladders and gym work, alongside technical squash drills. I also bring in partners for mental wellness and nutrition advice because a complete athlete needs to be healthy off the court as well as on it.
