Foundation Beginner Camp
Core Training Module
- Duration: 4 Weeks (Monday to Friday), typically 2 hours per day.
- Facility: Access to WSF approved wooden flooring glass-back courts.
- Curriculum: Covers grip, swing mechanism, ball control, and basic court movement.
- Coaching Ratio: Small group batches (approx. 1:6 to 1:8) supervised by Senior Coaches.
Physical Conditioning
- Track Work: 30-minute functional warm-up daily on the outdoor athletic track.
- Motor Skills: Agility drills using cones to improve reflexes and footwork.
- Stretching: Basic cool-down routines for injury prevention.
Camp Perks
- Equipment: Loaner rackets provided for the duration of the camp (non-marking shoes required).
- Assessment: Initial goal discussion and graduation skill report card.
- Certification: Certificate of Participation included.
High-Performance Advanced Camp
Elite Technical Training
- Frequency: 6 Days/Week (Mon-Fri plus Weekend Circuit Training).
- Structure: Double sessions available (Morning Skills plus Evening Match Play/Tactics).
- Advanced Drills: Ghosting routines, pressure drills, and tactical game analysis led by National Champions.
- Technology: Video analysis of swing mechanics and court coverage.
Athlete Development
- Sports Science: Classroom sessions on Sports Nutrition and Sports Psychology.
- Recovery: Dedicated Yoga and Pilates sessions for flexibility and muscle soreness alleviation.
- Fitness Testing: Functional screening to benchmark speed, agility, and endurance.
Competitive Exposure
- Match Play: Organized internal ladder matches to simulate tournament pressure.
- Career Guidance: Consultation on tournament selection and state/national ranking management.

What We’re About
I’ve built this camp to be more than just summer fun - it’s where you learn, sweat, and maybe surprise yourself. You might be dreaming big or just want to try something new. Either way, you’ll get stuck in, play hard, and laugh a lot.
Who Should Join?
If you’re 5 or older, you’re in.
- Never played before? I’ll show you the ropes.
- Already smashing it? Get ready for intensive squash drills.
- Just want to move, meet people, and try something different? This is for you.
What Happens Here?
Every day mixes up the routine:
- We nail the basics and swing mechanics
- Push through movement drills and court runs
- Try out match play and strategy
- Warm up (can get sweaty, fair warning!)
- Do footwork and outdoor sprints
- Group circuits for fitness
- Stretch out and recover, sometimes with yoga or pilates thrown in
We also talk about how to eat better and keep your mind focused, so you get the most out of your game.

Hey, we’re Ray Malik School of Squash. Started by Ray—yup, the silver medal guy from SAF Games—now we’re all about growing young champs, not just collecting trophies. Our crew? Real ‘Dream Team’—coaches like Shruti, national champs, all in. Kids here? They write us those cute thank-you cards, melts your heart. We’re at Padukone-Dravid Centre, so sometimes Rahul Dravid pops by. Feels like family, not just a squad. That’s our vibe. #squashlife
