About Swimming Lessons
I run Swimsquare as a place where anyone can get comfortable in the water, no matter if you’re just starting out or chasing medals. I’m all about helping people build real confidence - not just strong swimmers, but stronger people.
Who I Teach & How
- Kids swimming classes for ages 5 and up, including summer camps that are equal parts fun and skill-building.
- Adult beginner swim lessons, because I know it’s never too late to learn. You can start from scratch or just fix up your basics.
- Women’s only swim sessions, led by experienced women coaches. Safe, supportive, no judgment - just learning at your own pace.
- Intermediate and advanced swimmers get stroke correction training and serious prep for competitions.
Training, In & Out of the Pool
- I don’t just throw you in the deep end. Every session begins with warm-ups, dry-land drills, stretching, and core work.
- Yoga and Animal Flow sessions keep things interesting and help you move better in the water.
The Place
- Olympic-size 50m pool for those aiming high, a 25m indoor pool for all-weather training, and a small, comfy heated pool for the youngest kids.
The Vibe
- Families, friends, and lots of “let’s go, let’s go!” around here. We cheer for each other, whether you finally float or win a race.
- My team’s got certified coaches who genuinely care. Everyone moves at their own speed, and that’s fine by me.

My Story
We’re Swimsquare. Not your regular pool - we’re kinda obsessed with swimming and making it fun. Hosted the 19th Lifesaving Pool Nationals once, big deal for us. Our coaches keep learning, even from Olympic legends like Michael Bohl. You’ll see our kids doing acro yoga, battle ropes, and just messing around in the water after tough training. Every medal, every smile - it’s a win for our whole Swimsquare gang.
