You won't find rigid, military-style training here. My approach is entirely about understanding your specific physical limits and working around them with props or modifications, so you actually heal rather than just sweat.
Whether you are dealing with chronic shoulder pain, digestive issues like acidity, or just trying to navigate the stress of city life, my classes are designed to be accessible to everyone. I am not just an instructor who counts reps; I am a therapist who looks at your alignment and customizes routines to fit your body's needs today. We use simple tools like chairs for office workers, props for deeper stretches, and breathing techniques for mental clarity.
I believe that being a guru requires staying human first. That means if you are having a bad day, we adjust the session to suit your energy levels.
