Acro & Partner Yoga: Connect & Play

Acro Yoga is a practice of trust, teamwork, and human connection. In my workshops, you will work in pairs or groups to create beautiful shapes, learning to support and be supported. It is less about gymnastics and more about communication, laughter, and finding balance together.

Chair Yoga for All

I strongly believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, mobility, or experience. My chair yoga classes adapt traditional poses so they can be done while seated or using a chair for support. It is a fantastic way to improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and find moments of peace, even at your office desk.

Yoga with Props: Deeper Stretches & Support

In my classes, we use props like blocks, straps, wheels, and bolsters not as crutches, but as tools for exploration. They help you understand alignment, achieve deeper stretches safely, and provide support so you can hold poses longer. Props make many asanas more accessible and allow you to challenge yourself in new ways.

Group Classes & Community

Outdoor Yoga Practice

There is something special about practicing yoga outdoors, surrounded by nature. I often hold sessions in local parks where we can breathe fresh air and connect with the earth. These classes combine the benefits of asana practice with the grounding energy of the natural world.
