I'm Pankaj, and for me, yoga is not just about twisting into shapes. It’s about being more human, not just more perfect. My group yoga classes are a place to find balance in your body and your mind, together with others who get it. Yahan pe hum ek dusre ko support karte hain (Here, we support each other) – no competition, just shared progress.
What My Classes Are Like
- I walk around and help with alignment, not just talk from the front. If you want guidance, I’m right there.
- Breath is everything. We keep coming back to it, kyunki jab saans apne haath mein ho, sukoon bhi apna hota hai (when your breath is in your control, peace follows).
- We use props – blocks, straps, chairs – to make yoga safe and accessible for every body. No shame, only support.
- Whether you’re joining your first yoga for beginners group or you’ve been practicing for years, sab ek hi mindset se aate hain (everyone comes with a beginner’s mindset).

My Story
Hii friends, main Pankaj. Fitness lover, yes, but more than that, I’m a seeker. Mahadev ke darshan aur Kashi ke ghats pe jo seekha, wahi yoga mein laata hoon (what I learned at the ghats of Kashi, I bring to yoga). Guinness World Record holder bhi hoon, but my real pride is my yoga family—students celebrating small joys together. Guru banna hai, lekin sabse pehle insaan banna zaroori hai (to be a guru, first be human). Yoga for me is about peace, gratitude, and finding happiness in small moments.
