About Group Classes & Community
In these group sessions, I focus on hands-on adjustments to ensure you are safe while you move. We do not just stand on mats; we use props like blocks and wheels to make every pose accessible, even if you are dealing with stiffness or back pain. It is about personal guidance, even when we are in a group.

What You Get in Our Sessions
- Personal Guidance: Just because it is a group class does not mean you get lost in the crowd. I keep batch sizes limited so I can provide personal correction for every student.
- Inclusive Environment: Whether you are dealing with chronic pain or are completely new to fitness, my sessions are modified to fit your needs. We use props to help you hold poses longer and safer.
- Community Spirit: We celebrate small victories together. It is not just about physical health; it is about finding that 'bevajah khush' (happiness for no reason) joy within a community.
Locations & Logistics
I hold classes at 21 Fitness in Greater Kailash and Vasant Kunj, and at Kailash Health Village in Noida. Each location is equipped to support our prop-based practice.
How to Start
