Acro yoga is not just about cool photos, it is about building trust and connection. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, we find balance and joy together.

Two students form a heart shape with their arms while holding a partner standing pose in a park. This image perfectly captures the connection and playfulness we cultivate in our outdoor yoga sessions.

Another variation of a partner heart pose, this time with a side stretch. Partner yoga is a wonderful way to deepen stretches and share the experience with a friend.

A complex Acro Yoga pose where the flyer performs a deep backbend while balanced on the base's feet, with the aerial hammock providing an extra layer of support. I am spotting to ensure everyone's safety.

This Acro Yoga pose combines a downward dog from the base with a backbend from the flyer, who is also supported by the aerial silk. It is a great example of how we blend different yoga styles.

Here, the flyer holds a variation of Salabhasana (Locust Pose) while balanced on the base's hands. This partner asana builds incredible strength and requires precise communication.

A beautiful Acro Yoga pose showing the flyer in a supported backbend, balanced on the base's raised hands. This requires core strength from both partners and a deep sense of trust.

This advanced Acro Yoga pose involves the flyer in a deep backbend, grabbing their ankles, while balanced on the base's feet. It is a testament to the flexibility and strength built through consistent practice.

I am assisting a pair with their Acro Yoga pose, ensuring the flyer is stable on the base's back. My hands-on adjustments help partners find their balance and connection.

A classic Acro Yoga pose known as "Front Bird" with a backbend variation. The base supports the flyer on their feet, creating a sense of effortless flight and extension.

This Acro Yoga pose, a supported backbend, showcases the trust between the base and flyer. The base uses their legs to lift and support the flyer's back, allowing for a deep spinal opening.

About Acro & Partner Yoga: Connect & Play

Before you try any pose, know that safety is my priority. In these sessions, I personally provide hands-on spotting and use props like silks or chairs to ensure your spine is supported throughout the movement. You are not just performing a pose, you are learning how to safely trust your partner, whether we are working in the park or at my studios in Greater Kailash, Vasant Kunj, or Noida.

Many people think Acro Yoga is just about gymnastics or complex stunts. In my practice, it is the opposite. It is a tool for communication and finding community. When you work with a partner, you learn to listen to their body and respond with your own.

My approach focuses on:

  • Safety First: We use floor crash mats and, when necessary, aerial hammocks for support during deeper stretches. I personally spot every student to ensure alignment and spinal safety.
  • Community over Competition: Whether we are in the park or at the studio, we are not competing. We are building a yoga family. You will find that laughing when you wobble is just as important as holding the pose perfectly.
  • Accessible Progression: You do not need to be a gymnast. We start with simple foundational drills to build your strength and grip before moving to more complex partner asanas.

We offer sessions across key locations, including Greater Kailash, Vasant Kunj, and Sector 62 in Noida. If you have been looking for a way to break out of your solo routine and connect with others, this is where you start. Come as you are, and we will find the balance together.
