What Actually Happens Here
This isn’t a street brawl class. Our kickboxing is a cardio kickboxing workout with a mix of punching, kicking, shadowboxing, and some serious core and strength moves. It’s sweaty, it’s high-energy, and yeah - chhodna nahi hai (don’t give up) is the mood from start to finish.
