It's not just about punching. We build a rock solid foundation with intense core conditioning exercises. Our coach is always on the floor, checking your form and making sure you do it right.

A full class dedicated to building core power. We guide you through various mat exercises like crunches and leg raises to strengthen your abs and lower back, which is crucial for powerful kicks and punches.

We incorporate dynamic movements like animal flow into our conditioning. This improves mobility, strength, and body control all at once, making you a more agile athlete.

Cooling down is as important as the workout itself. We end sessions with guided stretching and yoga-inspired poses to improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and prevent injuries.

About Foundation: Core Strength & Conditioning

We do not just count reps here. Whether it is animal flow or weighted crunches, our coaches are constantly on the floor adjusting your form. If your spine is not neutral or your hip rotation is off, we catch it immediately because bad form is just an injury waiting to happen.
