Getting kids off screens and onto the mat. We teach yoga through play, building discipline, flexibility, and concentration in every session.

We teach children the fundamentals of yoga, including the 12 poses of Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation). This sequence is excellent for building strength, increasing flexibility, and developing coordination, as demonstrated by our young yogis at the Tilak Nagar center.

Flexibility and mobility are crucial for growing bodies. Our kids' classes include dynamic stretches and poses like the full split and wheel pose (Chakrasana) to improve range of motion and prevent injuries, all under the careful guidance of our coaches.

About Yoga for Kids

We do not believe in silent, static yoga for children. Instead, we use energetic drills and playful sequences to keep them engaged, building physical discipline and focus without making the practice feel like a boring chore.
