About Kids Fitness Programs

Why We Do What We Do

At Hurdles Fitness, I see every kid as a future champ. Fitness isn't just about exercise - it's about having fun, feeling part of a group, and learning to push yourself. Mehnat kar pasina baha, rukna aur thakna hai mana (work hard and sweat, stopping and getting tired is not an option). If your kid wants to win, I help them kar khud ko taiyar zara (get yourself ready).

Not Your Typical Workout

Kids get bored fast, so I mix things up. Sessions are packed with:

  • Fun challenges (sometimes inspired by games like 'Squid Game')
  • Kids agility training using ladders, cones, hurdles
  • Team obstacle courses and indoor rock climbing
  • Basic kickboxing and partner exercises

Building Strong, Flexible, Focused Kids

I focus on all-round development:

  • Functional strength with battle ropes, sled pushes
  • Agility and mobility drills for speed and coordination
  • Gymnastics, stretching, yoga, and Surya Namaskar for flexibility and focus

More Than Fitness

It's a community. Kids learn sportsmanship, confidence, and discipline through:

  • Hurdles League (friendly competitions)
  • Athlete of the Week and awards days
  • Summer camps with sports like badminton and cricket

Fitness for Every Kid

Inclusive fitness for kids is my priority. I run fitness for children with special needs, including ADHD and Autism, with activities tailored for their growth. Over 75 kids have trained with me in these programs.

My Story

We are Hurdles Fitness – started off with a simple thought: champions aren’t born, they’re made. Our place is full of energy, sweat, and laughter. 'Mehnat kar pasina baha, rukna aur thakna hai mana!' (Work hard and sweat, stopping and getting tired is not an option!) We’ve spread to Ghatkopar, Mulund, Chembur, and more. Kids find their spark here, adults unwind after crazy workdays. When someone says, 'meri body ekdum flexible ho gayi hai, strength badh gayi hai,' that’s what keeps us going. This isn’t just a gym, it’s home.
