My Story

We are Hurdles Fitness – started off with a simple thought: champions aren’t born, they’re made. Our place is full of energy, sweat, and laughter. 'Mehnat kar pasina baha, rukna aur thakna hai mana!' (Work hard and sweat, stopping and getting tired is not an option!) We’ve spread to Ghatkopar, Mulund, Chembur, and more. Kids find their spark here, adults unwind after crazy workdays. When someone says, 'meri body ekdum flexible ho gayi hai, strength badh gayi hai,' that’s what keeps us going. This isn’t just a gym, it’s home.

Badminton, Cricket, Pickleball & Pay & Play - You can join coaching or just drop in for pay & play badminton, cricket, and pickleball.

Fitness Classes & CrossFit - High-energy fitness classes, CrossFit for adults and kids. Get moving, get strong.

Kids Fitness Classes Mumbai - Kids from age 4 and up – we make fitness fun and safe for the young ones.

Yoga & Special Programs - Yoga sessions, plus special fitness for kids with autism and ADHD. Everyone’s welcome here.
