Program Details
- Frequency: Options ranging from 3 days per week to daily access.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Batch Size: 10 to 15 participants for better instructor visibility.
Styles & Equipment
- Techniques: Mix of Hatha (alignment), Ashtanga (flow), and Power Yoga.
- Props: Usage of Yoga Wheels, high-density foam blocks, straps, and bolsters.
- Facility: Sessions held in either dedicated studios with wooden flooring or fitness zones with rubberized grip flooring.
Instruction & Wellness
- Coaching: Led by Level 2 Certified Instructors with hands-on posture correction.
- Meditation: Includes Mindfulness, Pranayama (breathwork), and Trataka (Candle Gazing).

My Yoga Approach: Sweat, Stillness, and Community
At Hurdles Fitness, I believe in mehnat kar pasina baha (work hard and sweat). Yoga here isn’t just stretching - it’s about getting taiyar (ready) for whatever life throws at you. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and mental focus, all in one session.
What Happens in Class
- Group yoga practice is our vibe - lots of positive energy, everyone supporting each other.
- Certified coaches guide you, correct your form, and make sure you’re safe, whether you’re a newbie or a pro.
- We focus on fitness: flexibility, core strength, balance, and stronger bones.
- Mostly Hatha Yoga classes, but if you want something more intense, our Level 2 Ashtanga teacher runs sessions at Mulund.
Breath, Meditation, and More
- Pranayama breathing techniques are a big deal here. They help with stress and lung health - honestly, some folks say it’s changed their life.
- Candle meditation session (Trataka) is part of our routine. It’s simple, helps you zone out from the noise, and brings real calm.
Yoga for Kids
- We run yoga for kids starting at age 4. It’s fun, teaches discipline, and gets them moving with Surya Namaskara and basic poses.

- Classes at Ghatkopar (Devana Yoga Studio), Tilak Nagar, and Mulund. Each spot has its own vibe, mats, props, and all you need.

My Story
We are Hurdles Fitness – started off with a simple thought: champions aren’t born, they’re made. Our place is full of energy, sweat, and laughter. 'Mehnat kar pasina baha, rukna aur thakna hai mana!' (Work hard and sweat, stopping and getting tired is not an option!) We’ve spread to Ghatkopar, Mulund, Chembur, and more. Kids find their spark here, adults unwind after crazy workdays. When someone says, 'meri body ekdum flexible ho gayi hai, strength badh gayi hai,' that’s what keeps us going. This isn’t just a gym, it’s home.
