About Acro & Partner Yoga: Trust & Teamwork

Acro yoga is not just about showing off fancy shapes. It is about learning to balance your weight while supporting someone else's. Whether you are the 'base' holding the posture or the 'flyer' finding your stability, we use floor crash mats and hands-on spotting to make sure you feel completely safe while pushing your physical limits.
