Welcome to HITYOGA, the largest Aerial Yoga center in Bengaluru. Here, students in my Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course learn to defy gravity, build strength, and find a new perspective in their practice.

My Yoga Instructor's Course (Y.I.C) takes students to incredible places, both physically and spiritually. Here we are practicing asanas against the breathtaking backdrop of the Himalayas in Ladakh.

My approach to teaching is hands-on and personalized. Here, I am helping a student safely deepen her Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) using a spine corrector prop. This is how we build strength and flexibility with proper alignment, ensuring you learn the correct technique from day one.
One of the most exciting parts of our curriculum is Aerial Yoga. In this shot, my teacher training students are practicing an inverted Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) in the silks. This not only builds incredible core strength but also helps decompress the spine and see the world from a new perspective.
