About My Birth Preparation Program
Most prenatal classes just tell you what to expect, but this program gives you the actual moves to handle it. You and your partner will practice specific labor positions, counter-pressure techniques, and breathing exercises together, so you aren't just reading about them. By the time labor starts, you will have a physical toolkit ready to go, rather than guessing what helps and what doesn't.
Forget the unsolicited advice about what you 'can't eat' or the stories about a 'perfect' birth. My approach is simple: prepare your body, calm your mind, and get your partner ready to support you. Whether you are planning for a natural birth, an induction, or a C-section, the core skills—movement, breath, and confidence—remain the same.
I offer two main ways to get ready:
The Live Workshop (Couples focus) We spend 2.5 hours on Zoom together, covering the physiology of labor and partner training. This is where we get hands-on. You will learn the 'Double Hip Squeeze' and other comfort measures in real-time, with me checking your form. It is the best choice if you want to ask questions and practice with your partner in a dedicated space.
The On-Demand Bundle If your schedule is unpredictable, this bundle gives you 6 months of access. It combines the full workshop recording with 6 specialized 3rd-trimester prenatal yoga sessions. These sessions focus on pelvic floor relaxation and hip mobility—the physical stamina you need for the big day.
