Beyond just asanas, these focused workshops help you prepare for the realities of labor, baby care, and deep relaxation. Join our online sessions to build confidence with practical tools for your journey.

Here is a look at our January event calendar. We offer a mix of regular classes and special workshops like Labor Management and Baby Led Weaning to support you through pregnancy and beyond.

Our Labor Management workshop is based on Lamaze principles and is perfect for the third trimester. I highly recommend partners join, as they play such an important role in labor.

The 'Inhale for your Baby' workshop focuses on pranayama, or breathing techniques, for pregnancy. It's a beautiful way to connect with your baby and calm your nervous system.

This video gives you a feel for our Pregnancy Pranayama workshop. It's as simple as practicing your breathing regularly to create a peaceful connection with your baby.

Our March calendar was packed with events, including a Labor Management webinar and a Garbhasanskara workshop for deep bonding with your baby.

In February, we hosted workshops on perineal massage, a Valentine's special partner yoga session, and our 'Womb Whispers' Yoga Nidra.

Our Valentine's Day partner yoga workshop is a wonderful way for you and your partner to connect and prepare for birth together.

This Labor & Birth Prep workshop focuses on practical techniques like perineal massage and using a birth ball to help you during labor.

'Womb Whispers' is my special Yoga Nidra workshop for pregnancy. It's a guided meditation for deep relaxation and connecting with your baby.

Our April events included a workshop on starting solids with baby-led weaning and another session of 'Womb Whispers' Yoga Nidra.

About Workshops for Deeper Preparation

These workshops are not theory classes. Whether it is learning perineal massage techniques for labor or understanding the difference between gagging and choking during baby-led weaning, we focus on the practical skills you will actually use. My goal is to make sure you have real, hands-on strategies ready before your big day.
