We take your joint health seriously, so if you are joining our Step Aerobics or floor-based sessions, please bring a pair of cushioned training shoes. It makes a world of difference for your comfort and protection, especially when you are tackling those high-energy cardio routines.

- Cardio & Aerobics: If you want to sweat, look at our Step Aerobics and Bollywood Fit classes. We mix classic moves with trending tracks. We run batches 5-6 days a week, with special ladies-only slots in the afternoon, ensuring you have a comfortable space to move.
- Strength & Toning: For those focusing on lean muscle and endurance, our Pilates, TRX, and Kettlebell sessions are the go-to. These are semi-private groups limited to about 8-12 people, so you get actual correction from our instructors on your form.
- Functional Focus: We use kettlebells, TRX suspension straps, and mat exercises to build core strength and flexibility. It is not about fancy machinery; it is about building a body that moves well.
Practical Details
We keep the studio climate-controlled with AC and fans, but remember you will sweat. We run sessions from Monday to Saturday, so consistency is easy to maintain.
