A space where strength meets serenity. I invite you to explore mindful movement—from sunrise flows to restorative aerial yoga—at your own pace.

I am someone who pauses, breathes, and witnesses the sunrise, letting its light energize my body and awaken my soul. This quiet ritual of sunrise yoga fills me with happiness and prepares me for the day ahead.

Floating into stillness and strength. In my self-practice, I take time to open my heart, using the aerial hammock to find a deeper sense of calm and centeredness.

Yoga is about alignment first, not just flexibility. I believe in prioritizing stability and comfort, or Sthiram Sukham, in every pose. Here, I show how to approach Trikonasana with mindful posture and breath, ensuring a safe and aware practice.

I offer gentle yoga practices specifically for women's health, including support during menstruation. This sequence uses props and calming pranayama like Anulom Vilom to balance hormones, improve oxygen flow, and promote relaxation.

In the stillness of breath, I reach behind, not to hold the past, but to welcome the strength it gifted me. This sacred pose, a variation of Vyaghrasana, reminds me that balance is found in presence, and strength is the courage to open your heart.

Sharing the mat and creating powerful energy together is a blessing. Here, I am guiding a student in our Ashtanga practice, focusing on corrections and growing together in the Mysore style tradition.

A new year is a chance to build strength, find balance, and harmonize mind and body with yoga. I offer both online and offline classes to help you step into the year with purpose, balance, and a renewed spirit.

I live a modern life but my heart is rooted in my grandma’s ancient wisdom. I follow traditional Ayurvedic and yogic cleansing rituals like drinking morning water in Malasana, Jal Neti, and meditation, because true health begins with daily mindful habits.

About Featured

In my practice, we do not chase the perfect pose or force flexibility. We follow Sthira Sukham Āsanam—finding the balance where your pose is steady, comfortable, and sustainable. Whether we are using an aerial hammock to decompress your spine or flowing through a gentle Vinyasa, I focus on your alignment and breath first, ensuring you leave the mat feeling nourished rather than drained.
