Behind the Scenes at Go Speed Sprint Academy

See the real grind behind our athletics training. From rainy track sessions to adapting when the weather turns, this is what daily discipline looks like at Go Speed.

A rainy day at Go Speed. The weather doesn't stop our champions from training. A wet track just adds to the challenge.

Some simple drills to get fast. We believe in building a strong foundation with consistent practice of the basics.

Where there is a will, there is a way. When heavy pollution stopped us from training outside, we moved the session to an indoor stadium with air purifiers. No excuses.

Rain or no rain, these champions will never stop sprinting. Here is a race between our top athletes on a wet track.

Sometimes athletes think a workout will be easy, but the track tells a different story. After a tough session, a little relief and stretching from the coach goes a long way.

A look at our 300m trials. It's a great way to test speed endurance and see our athletes push each other to achieve their personal best timings.

Trial Day is always exciting. It's a chance for athletes to see how their training is paying off. So proud to see these two clocking their personal bests.

About this collection

You see the medals on the shelf, but the real work happens in the mud, the rain, and even inside indoor stadiums when Delhi's air quality turns bad. At Go Speed, we do not believe in taking a day off. Whether we are chasing personal bests on a synthetic track or doing technical agility drills on grass, the philosophy remains the same: show up, work hard, and push past your own doubt.

No Excuses, Just Results

Athletics is not always about perfect sunshine and track conditions. When the air quality is poor, we move the session indoors to keep the momentum going. When it rains, we hit the track even harder. My job is to teach kids that obstacles are just part of the race. If you want to be a champion, you cannot wait for the perfect environment.

The Workout Reality

My training sessions are built on the mantra that during the workout, there is no friendship and no easy way out. We run drills until the technique is ingrained. We record videos to analyze every stride, every arm swing, and every start. For our students, a 300m trial is not just a run. It is a moment of truth where they test their speed, endurance, and mental toughness against their previous personal bests.

Why We Train This Way

We use a mix of science and raw effort. We use resistance bands, drag sleds, and hurdles to build explosive power, but we also focus on the simple things. A child learning to jump or sprint correctly today is the athlete who will dominate the state and national meets tomorrow. Whether you are training at IIT Delhi or our Vasant Kunj, the intensity remains the same. I push my athletes because I know they have it in them to be faster.
