About this collection
We don't just have kids run laps. In these sessions, we use agility ladders and reaction-based games to correct common issues like flat-foot running or poor arm swing before they become habits. We cap these cohorts at 20 kids to ensure every child receives personal form correction while they play, keeping the environment focused and strictly device-free.
Building a Foundation
Athletics is not just about winning medals; it is about building a body that is capable, coordinated, and strong. My philosophy is simple: bachpan ki aadat sabse important hoti hai (habits made young stick forever). Whether your child is just starting their fitness journey or wants to refine their sprint technique, we focus on the fundamentals first.
How We Train
We operate out of IIT Delhi and GD Goenka, Vasant Kunj, using synthetic tracks that provide a safe, professional surface for young joints. Our sessions for the Under-12 group (Kids Foundation & Fitness) run 3 days a week. We focus on:
- Movement Skills: Using agility ladders, cones, and relays to improve balance and neural coordination.
- Gait Correction: Identifying and fixing biomechanical errors like heavy heel striking.
- Conditioning: High-intensity fun games that build stamina without the monotony of traditional gym workouts.
The 'Go Speed' Difference
Training is fun, but it is also disciplined. During workout hours, there is no phone usage and no shortcuts. We teach kids that effort matters more than the result. We use drag sleds and resistance bands even for younger kids to develop explosive power early, but we scale the intensity so it remains a game rather than a grind.
