About Para-Athlete Champions

When I work with para-athletes, the first thing I assess is their unique biomechanics. Every athlete has a different physical capability, and my job is to adapt the drill, not the athlete. Whether it is correcting a pelvic tilt or adjusting a start block for an uneven push, we do not change your technique—we refine it to work for your body.
