Talent knows no limits. Whether you are aiming for state-level glory or the international podium, I coach para-athletes to unlock their true potential.
A truly proud moment for me as a coach, standing with my para-athlete at the Hangzhou Asian Para Games. We work with every kind of athlete, and seeing their passion translate to success on the international stage is the biggest reward.
My journey as a coach for the Indian team at the Asian Para Games was a memorable one. Seven of my students participated, winning 4 Bronze Medals and reaching the finals in all their events. A proud moment for me and for India.
It's a proud feeling when your 17-year-old student wins two Bronze Medals at the Para Asian Games. The entire nation, including our Prime Minister, recognized his achievement. Shreyansh, you will reach great heights.

About this collection
When I work with para-athletes, the first thing I assess is their unique biomechanics. Every athlete has a different physical capability, and my job is to adapt the drill, not the athlete. Whether it is correcting a pelvic tilt or adjusting a start block for an uneven push, we do not change your technique—we refine it to work for your body.
At Go Speed, we believe disability is not a barrier to achievement. My training approach for para-athletes is built on one simple truth: success comes from mastering your specific movement.
How We Train
- Biomechanical Assessment: Every session starts with understanding your physical capabilities. We don't use cookie-cutter plans; we modify hurdles, jumping drills, and sprint starts to fit your functional needs.
- Technical Mastery: Whether you are working on the drive phase or mastering curve running, we use slow-motion video analysis to pinpoint exactly where you lose time.
- Mental Conditioning: Physical speed is only half the battle. We build the mental toughness required to compete at the National Championships or the Asian Para Games.
Where We Train
We train at high-quality facilities including IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas and GD Goenka, Vasant Kunj. These grounds give you access to the synthetic track environment necessary for spike training and time trials.
My Philosophy
Training is tough—there is no room for shortcuts when you are preparing to represent India. I demand discipline, but I am also your biggest supporter. From early morning wake-up calls to analyzing your race footage after a competition, my commitment to your performance is 24/7. Success is not instant, but if you have the will to fight, I will show you the way to the podium.
