Real speed is not built on luck. It is built on a foundation of explosive power, endurance, and mental toughness. Train with me to break your own limits.

*Iss workout mein koi dosti nahi, koi pyaar nahi*. During endurance workouts, I tell my athletes to push their own limits. Each person has a different capability, and the goal is to break your own barriers, not wait for your friends.

Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, and sacrifice. This is what a tough 400m x 5 workout looks like. The exhaustion is temporary, the improvement is permanent.

We use complex training, pairing heavy strength exercises like lunges with explosive plyometric jumps. This method, called post-activation potentiation (PAP), is crucial for developing explosive power for sprints and jumps.

A sprinter's weight training is different. We focus on explosive movements and functional strength that translates directly to power on the track, rather than just building bulk.

Mondays are tough, and we start the week with hard endurance workouts. This builds the mental and physical toughness needed to finish races strong.

Plyometric training is essential for improving explosive power, speed, and agility. It develops the fast-twitch muscle fibers that are crucial for sprinting and jumping.

It's all in the mind. This athlete doubted she could clear the hurdles, but I believed in her. With the team's support, she pushed past her comfort zone and succeeded.

Wednesdays are for tough 200m repeats. This workout pushes the heart rate up to 190-200 bpm, building speed endurance and mental willpower.

There is no substitute for hard work. This video shows the grit and mental strength required to push through a tough endurance session.

Plyometric training is necessary to increase sprinting speed. We use box jumps and other drills to build explosive power, which is valuable for all sports requiring quick bursts of speed.

About Strength, Power & Endurance

In my sessions, we do not just run. We train for the grind. I combine heavy resistance tools like drag sleds for acceleration with plyometric jumps to fire up those fast-twitch muscle fibers. Every rep has a purpose, and we focus on the biomechanics—the posture, the arm swing, the drive—that shave seconds off your timing. If you are serious about getting faster, you have to be ready to push past your comfort zone.
