In these sessions, I focus on building stamina and quickness with high-energy drills. We use professional equipment like agility ladders and cones to improve coordination and reaction time in a structured group setting.

Strength & Core Development

I build foundational strength that helps with everything from posture to sports performance. Sessions include bodyweight exercises, pull-ups with assistance, and specific core workouts to improve balance and stability.

Yoga & Flexibility

My yoga sessions focus on improving flexibility, balance, and concentration. I guide kids through fundamental poses like Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) and various stretches in a safe, supervised environment.

Dance, Games & Fun

Fitness should be fun, so I mix workouts with exciting activities. This includes high-energy Bollywood dance batches, classic team games like Tug of War, and other fun challenges that keep kids engaged.
