High-Energy Kids Fitness & Agility Training
Ditch the screens and get them moving. We combine martial arts, dance, and agility drills to build real stamina, confidence, and discipline in a high-energy environment.
This is what my Kids Fitness Batch is all about. We do everything from bodyweight training and running drills to gymnastics and strength work. I make sure every session is packed with energy to build strong, confident, and disciplined kids.
Agility is key for any young athlete. Here you can see my kids fitness class working with agility ladders and cones. These drills are not just games, they build speed, coordination, and quick reaction time.
Who said fitness can't be fun? My kids' Bollywood dance fitness batches are always full of energy. We combine dance and exercise to make sure the kids are moving, sweating, and smiling the whole time.
Building upper body strength from a young age is so important. I am here to personally guide and support every child, like helping with their first pull-ups. This is how we build not just muscles, but confidence that lasts a lifetime.
Sometimes the best workout is a classic game. Tug of War is a favorite at my studio. It teaches teamwork, builds full-body strength, and is pure fun for the kids.
My main goal is to get kids away from mobile phones and laptops and into physical activity. Here, I am guiding the kids through flexibility exercises like the wheel pose, which is great for their spine and overall mobility. *Sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi*.

These sessions are designed for parents who want to replace screen time with genuine physical progress. We do not do lazy workouts. Whether it is agility ladder drills, MMA striking pads, or strength conditioning, I personally ensure every kid learns the right way to move. It is real work, but the results in their posture, balance, and focus are worth the effort.
Gym ka matlab sirf dumbbells nahi hai. For kids, it is about building a foundation for life. My program at the Preet Vihar studio is built on the principle that sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi hai (nothing is more important than the body).
What We Focus On:
- Agility & Coordination: We use ladders, cones, and drills to improve speed and reaction time. These aren't just games; they are the building blocks of athletic development.
- Martial Arts & Combat Basics: I teach MMA basics using focus pads and heavy bags. It is about self-defense, yes, but mostly about self-discipline and respecting one's own capabilities.
- Fun-First Fitness: Fitness should be something a child wants to do. From Bollywood dance fusion to Tug of War using manila ropes, I mix in activities that keep them sweating and smiling.
- Strength & Posture: We include bodyweight conditioning like pull-ups and core work. This helps with everything from school sports performance to better handwriting and posture.
Everything happens in a structured, safe group setting on rubberized flooring. I do not believe in shortcuts. My goal is to teach your child the value of discipline and consistent effort, traits that will help them in school, at home, and in their future lives.
