No point pumping iron if it doesn't make you quicker or stronger where it matters. Gym ka kaam ground pe dikhna chahiye (What you do in the gym should show up on the field).
I track your progress with cricket-specific assessments, not generic fitness tests. You'll see exactly how your power, speed, and movement are improving. But listen, peak fitness is about sacrifice - sabko butter chicken pasand hai lekin athlete ko thoda control rakhna padta hai (Everyone loves butter chicken, but athletes need self-control).
Sessions happen in a pro-level gym in Delhi (Hammer Strength, weight platforms, all the good stuff) and on-field at places like Arun Jaitley Stadium. You get both cricket ground training sessions and gym time - real, practical experience.
