About

I train you for cricket, not just for the gym. The goal is simple: every rep and drill should help you move better and play better on the pitch. No point pumping iron if it doesn't make you quicker or stronger where it matters. Gym ka kaam ground pe dikhna chahiye (What you do in the gym should show up on the field).

What We Work On

  • Building rotational power through drills like landmine rotations, cable wood chops, and medicine ball throws. This is how you get that extra hitting velocity and stability in your core. Cricket-specific strength training is the focus, not random weights.
  • Speed and agility drills for fielding - because strength without speed is pretty much useless. We hit the ground for acceleration drills, change-of-direction work, and even team games to build coordination.
  • Injury-proofing every session with CAPE (Core Accessories Prehab Exercises). I also use a neuro-centric injury prevention approach, so your brain and muscles connect better. Fewer injuries means more matches.

Progress and Discipline

I track your progress with cricket-specific assessments, not generic fitness tests. You'll see exactly how your power, speed, and movement are improving. But listen, peak fitness is about sacrifice - sabko butter chicken pasand hai lekin athlete ko thoda control rakhna padta hai (Everyone loves butter chicken, but athletes need self-control).

Where We Train

Sessions happen in a pro-level gym in Delhi (Hammer Strength, weight platforms, all the good stuff) and on-field at places like Arun Jaitley Stadium. You get both cricket ground training sessions and gym time - real, practical experience.

My Story

Hey, I’m Gaurav. Cricket, fitness, and travel - that’s me in three words. My strength & conditioning journey kicked off in Germany, and now I’m hooked on sports science. I’m always learning, always moving, whether it’s at the stadium or hiking up some mountain. Yoga above the clouds? Nothing like it. I believe in chasing potential, on the pitch and out in the world.
