My Approach
Mera focus hamesha quality par hai, quantity pe nahi. I've seen too many players bas ball hit karte jaate hain, bina soch samjhe. What actually works is smart practice and fixing those choti-choti galtiyan (small mistakes) that stop you from leveling up.
How I Train
Sabse pehle, I ask - "Problem kya hai?" (What's the real issue?). Sometimes it's just the head position, sometimes shot selection, maybe balance. Once we know, I work at the root. I don't hand out random drills – har exercise ek level pe set hoti hai, so you actually build muscle memory and see results.
Program Main Points
- Cricket-Specific Fitness: We mix fitness into every session. Real work starts thakaan ke baad (after you get tired). Expect stamina drills, core and lower body strength, plus speed work for actual match fitness.
- Cricketing Brain: Technique alone is nothing without mental strength. I use competitive sessions, concentration drills and tactical advice to push your cricket IQ and mental toughness for cricketers.
- Reaction & Agility: Quick reaction time training and fast footwork are part of every week. Flexible body, tez pair (fast feet), all covered.
- Advanced Technical Correction: We go deep with advanced batting technique drills, fixing setup, balance, shoulder alignment and power generation.
Who Joins
I work with everyone from 7-year-old kids to state-level and pro players. Sessions are available in-person (New Delhi) or online, and I've got students from India, USA, Australia, England, New Zealand.

Australia ke Shiv-Viraj 4 baje subah uth ke online session lete hain - dedication hi sab kuch hai. USA, Australia, New Zealand se bhi bachche aate hain. Yuvakshi US se India aayi thi, uska game change ho gaya. Family ke saath masti bhi zaroori hai - training ke baad, bas time apno ka.
