I don’t sell filmy dreams here. Genetics play a big role, and I won’t tell you that a basic Alto can become a Ferrari. My job is to help you become the best version of yourself, but honesty comes first. If you want fake promises, look elsewhere.
How I Work: No Shortcuts, Only Smart Work
First, attitude. No jugaad, no shortcuts. “Meditate n dominate” is my motto. We stick to basic and boring movements because that’s what actually works long-term. If you copy workouts from Insta or YouTube, you’ll end up injured. I build your foundation so you’re strong for years, not just weeks.
The Training Approach
- Every plan is made for you - not some copy-paste stuff.
- Foundation first: barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells for real strength.
- We add explosive power training for athletes, with cleans and Olympic lifts.
- Form is king - I’ll nag you about it so you stay safe.
- Sport-specific strength programs: ladders, cones, tires for agility, speed, and rotational power.
- Injury prevention for cricketers and other athletes is built into every session.
- Mobility, flexibility, and recovery are non-negotiable - stretching and cooldown always included.
Who I Coach
If you’re serious, I’ll push you. Youth, women, Delhi Police team - anyone ready for proper hard work. Not for the lazy or shortcut seekers.
The Real Grind

My Story
Dekho yaar, main khud khela hoon, Ranji Trophy tak. Bachpan se ek hi cheez samjhi - paisa nahi, player khelta hai. Bohot kuch dekha, jhooth bhi, struggles bhi. Isliye aaj sach bolne aaya hoon. Main negative nahi, bas realist hoon. Zindagi aur cricket, dono unpredictable hain. Mera mission simple hai - powerful humans banana, jo girne ke baad khud uth sake. Kalla hi kaafi hoon, system se ladne ko.

No 'Copy-Paste' Workouts - Instagram se uthakar workout nahi milta. Har athlete ki need alag hoti hai, training specific hoti hai. Injury prevention for athletes is key.
Skills over Speed - Main sapne nahi bechta. Fast bowling skill development, game awareness, line-length, tappa - yeh asli cheezein hain.
Train Smart, Not Just Long - Ghanto practice nahi, quality aur intensity pe focus. Improvement pe kaam, thakaan pe nahi.
