Why I Do This

You’re grinding hard, but sometimes it feels like results just don’t show up. Maybe your bowling speed is stuck, or you’re not clearing the boundary. I get it - itne se nahi hoga (this much effort isn’t enough). My job is to make sure your hard work actually pays off on the field.

My Approach: Smart, Not Just Hard

I don’t believe in wasting effort. Kaan khol ke sunna (listen up), we train for real match impact, not just for gym selfies. I focus on cricket strength training using bodyweight first, then build up to more advanced stuff. You’ll see a lot of squats, planks, and medicine ball throws. The goal is functional strength and a powerful core - not just big biceps.

Power & Agility: What Actually Works

Batting power comes from your whole body, not just arms. I’ll show you drills like Hip Drive and Russian Twists to unlock core power for batting. For bowlers, we use harness running and non-bowling arm drills to build speed and control. Agility drills for cricketers are a must - skipping, cone work, and footwork catching drills get you match-ready.

Injury Prevention & Longevity

Fast bowling injury prevention is a big deal. We focus on mobility, flexibility, and hydration. I’ll teach you how to manage effort and fix the root cause of issues, not just the symptoms. This way, you play longer and smarter.

Training That Sticks

We attack your weakest link first thing in the morning. Lagataar abhyaas (consistent practice) is the only way forward. I’ll push you for small gains every month and make sure you document everything, so you can troubleshoot your own game.

My Story

Meri inspiration hamesha ek aise insan se aayi hai jo khud struggle se utha tha, excuses nahi diye. Main bhi waise hi believe karta hoon - mehnat, discipline, aur Bhagwan par bharosa. Humare yahan fees maaf karna sabse badi victory hai, lekin reason tumhari gareebi nahi, tumhari mehnat honi chahiye. Jab coach khud bole, ab fees mat do, samajh lo sahi track par ho.

Basics Pe Dhyan - Action ko analyze karte hain, natural action ko respect karte hain, speed badhane ke tricks nahi sikhate.

Smart Training - Sirf hard work nahi, smart fast bowler banana sikhata hoon. Kab effort lagana hai, kab nahi, yeh samjhata hoon.

Mindset & Psychological Sessions - Frustration, overthinking sab aata hai. Visualization aur pressure handle karna sikhata hoon.

Match Simulation Practice - Scenario-based practice karte hain, taaki match pressure mein choke na karo. Instagram speed se selection nahi hota.
