It's all about movement, not just muscles. We drill the basics - squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry - because those are what transfer to your batting, bowling, or fielding. No random, fancy stuff. Jo kaam ka hai, wahi karenge (We’ll do only what works).
We start with tests - speed, power, mobility - to see where you're at. It’s all about the process. Some days will suck, sometimes progress feels slow, but I’m with you for every rep. Yeh safar asaan nahi hai, par mazaa bhi wahi hai (The journey isn’t easy, but that’s where the fun is).
