This is where we translate gym strength into game-day performance. I focus on cricket-specific movements like acceleration, change-of-direction, and reaction drills to make you faster and more agile between the wickets and in the field.

Rotational Power for Batting & Bowling

Hitting harder and bowling faster starts with a powerful, stable core. I use exercises like cable wood chops, landmine rotations, and medicine ball throws to train your body's sling systems for maximum rotational force.

Gym-Based Strength & Power

We build the foundational strength that underpins all on-field actions. The program includes key lifts like squats and deadlifts on professional Hammer Strength equipment, as well as plyometrics for explosive power.

Injury Prevention & Movement Efficiency

Staying on the field is crucial, so injury-proofing is part of every session. I use a neuro-centric approach and CAPE (Core Accessories Prehab Exercises) to improve your brain-muscle connection and correct movement patterns.

Training the Pros

I have had the privilege of working with state, national, and international cricketers. This includes providing strength and conditioning support for teams like the Australian national team and players from the Indian cricket team and IPL.
