Our movement training in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, is all about building resilience, balance, and community. Training outdoors connects us to nature and to each other.

About Our Community: Group Classes & Workshops
You won't find treadmills or mirrors here. In our group sessions, we use park benches, low walls, and grass as our playground. Each class is capped at 15 people so that you get real-time feedback on your vaults and crawls, ensuring you learn at your own pace without the pressure of a gym environment.
Movement at Vanarshala is not about chasing reps or counting sets. It is about reconnecting with your body's natural intelligence through play. Whether you are in our Vasant Kunj sessions or training at our Gurgaon Shala, you are joining a collective—a 'Vanar Sena'—that values progress over perfection.
What happens in a session?
We start with mobility work to wake up the joints, followed by animal flow patterns (crawls, rolls) to build coordination. Then, we dive into parkour-inspired obstacle drills. You might be learning a precision jump, vaulting over a wall, or hanging from a bar. Everything is scalable; if a move feels intimidating, we adjust the difficulty until it feels doable. The goal is to build resilience, not just muscle.

We are Vanarshala, a community of movers who believe fitness should be wild, playful, and inclusive. We’ve built a 'Masti ki Pathshala' (school of fun) in Gurgaon and across Delhi where you don't just exercise—you reconnect with your body through parkour, animal flow, and outdoor play.
