We keep these retreats small so you can actually disconnect. Whether we are hiking through trails near the city or meditating in a quiet farmhouse, the goal is not performing perfect yoga, it is about creating a safe space where you can sit with silence, eat simple food, and let your body decompress without watching the clock.

True healing often requires leaving the city behind. Our retreats are built on the principle of Shikore fire jaoya (returning to our roots), helping you step away from the digital noise and reconnect with your core. We organise these sessions on the outskirts of Bangalore to ensure you have true silence.

Expect to swap your screen for a sunrise hike and your meeting schedule for a guided meditation circle. We focus on a holistic reset, starting with breathwork in the early Brahma Muhurta hours, moving into gentle outdoor asana practice, and integrating sound healing with Tibetan bowls. We prioritize comfort, using props and adjustments so that participants of any level can practice without strain.

These are not fitness boot camps. We provide vegetarian meals, arranged transport, and an open space for conversation. Whether you choose a one-day nature trek or an overnight stay at our partner resorts, the intent remains constant: giving you a moment to pause.
