A glimpse into a practice where movement meets stillness. Join me to explore the healing power of sound, the restorative energy of nature, and the quiet strength found within your own breath.

This is the feeling I hope to share with you. Performing Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, or One-Legged King Pigeon Pose, surrounded by the vastness of nature reminds me that our own balance is deeply connected to the world around us. My retreats are designed to help you find this connection.

Here, I am using a Tibetan singing bowl during a sound healing session to focus therapeutic vibrations on a participant. This practice helps release deep-seated tension and emotional blockages, promoting a state of profound relaxation and balance.

Hear directly from those who have joined my wellness retreats. This video captures the essence of our shared journey: the calming yoga sessions, the supportive community, the nourishing food, and the peaceful moments of self-realization in beautiful, serene settings.

This is a moment of deep focus and flexibility in an advanced asana. My practice is a continuous journey of exploring the body's limits with patience and compassion, a principle I bring into every class and workshop I guide.

Join me for a short, guided "Let Go" meditation. I explain a simple yet powerful technique to release emotional weight and create space for peace and love, using visualization to fill yourself with a warm, golden light.

Preparing for a sound healing session is a meditative practice in itself. Each bowl is chosen for its unique frequency, creating a symphony of vibrations designed to calm the nervous system and harmonize your inner world.

A wonderful group from a corporate wellness event I hosted in collaboration with Tattva Spa. It's always a joy to bring practices like sound healing and mindfulness into the workplace, helping teams de-stress and reconnect.

About Featured

My sound healing sessions use live Tibetan singing bowls to guide you into deep rest. If you are attending a studio session, please bring an eye mask and a light shawl, as your body temperature tends to drop naturally once we transition into the 30 to 45 minute sound bath integration.
