Immersive Sound Bath & Breathwork Workshops in Bangalore
I create sanctuary spaces where breathwork and ancient sound frequencies help you disconnect from the noise and find stillness within.
An invitation to one of my Sound Bath Meditation workshops in Koramangala. These sessions are designed to be a sanctuary where you can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself through healing frequencies.
A moment of focused intention during a sound healing session. I use a handheld singing bowl to create gentle vibrations, guiding participants into a state of deep meditation and relaxation.

About this collection
When you step into my sound bath sessions, do not worry about being flexible or knowing how to meditate. Most people come here feeling overwhelmed by city life; we simply lie down, focus on the rhythm of breath, and let the 7-metal Tibetan bowls do the work. It is common to feel a rush of emotions or just drift into a deep, heavy rest, as both are completely natural parts of your body finally letting go.
My workshops are not about achieving a perfect state of mind; they are about giving yourself permission to stop. Whether we are in a studio in Koramangala or hosting a retreat, the format remains consistent and rooted in simplicity.
The Process
We begin with 15 minutes of guided Pranayama, or breathwork. This prepares the nervous system to shift out of 'fight or flight' mode. Once the breath settles, I use live, acoustic Tibetan singing bowls and crystal harps. These are not just sounds; they are specific frequencies designed to synchronize with your brainwaves, encouraging deep relaxation.
What to Expect
- No experience needed: You do not need to be a 'yogi' to attend.
- Physical Support: We provide mats and bolsters, but I always suggest bringing an eye mask and a light shawl, as your body temperature tends to drop when you enter a state of deep, restorative rest.
- The Environment: I set up the space with dim lighting, artificial candles, and subtle aromatherapy like sandalwood to quiet your senses immediately upon entering.
Why Sound Healing?
In a fast-paced city like Bangalore, we often carry heavy or stagnant energy. Sound vibrations act as a gentle nudge to move this energy, helping you find clarity and mental space. These sessions are perfect if you are seeking a quick, grounding reset after a long work week or simply want to learn how to pause.
Sayanti
I'm Sreya, and for me, yoga is not about the fancy poses you see on social media; it is about finding that quiet pause in a chaotic day. I started Idhaa Aboho Collection to create a space where we can return to our roots and find strength in our own spirit, not in how flexible we are.
