I teach Power Yoga for fat loss and strength, Hatha for flexibility, and meditation for mental clarity. If you are struggling with weight, we will use Surya Namaskar as our primary tool. I have seen consistent practice burn serious calories when done with the right intensity.

My Training Process

  • Assessment: First, we talk. I need to know about your injuries, sleep patterns, and daily diet. There is no point in doing yoga if your lifestyle is working against you.
  • Custom Progression: You might want to do a headstand or wheel pose today, but if your core strength is not there, we do not force it. I guide you through the buildup safely.
  • Home Convenience: You set the time. I come to your living room, rooftop, or terrace. You do not need fancy equipment, just a mat and the willingness to show up.
  • 5 AM Availability: If the only time you have is before the world wakes up, I am there. Discipline starts early.
